My story

- Social, wiggly girl who enjoys meeting new people and loves being petted; may tend to do her own thing here at the shelter, but opens up as she becomes comfortable- Already knows sit, stay and down - Loves going on walks and does best with a harness - Young, noisy or busy kids are too much for her right now, so she's looking for a home with more mature family members - Tends to be socially awkward with other dogs (dog intro required) - Needs a home with no cats All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
