My story
Teddy has a big heart and loving, soulful eyes! This handsome boy came to ARF from Georgia with help from the Irving and Phyllis Millstein Foundation. ARF staff have quickly fallen in love with his energetic personality and desire for attention. With a little training, we know Teddy will steal your heart in no time at all!
