Sargent Tibbs is a 3.5 black neutered male. Hes very outgoing, playful and affectionate. He loves toys, belly rubs and his food. All of our foster kitties are raised in foster homes, are up to date on vaccines for their size, spayed/neutered, FELV/FIV tested and microchipped. Interested in adopting?
