My story

Location: Kettering, OH Food: Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention I am not sure there are even the right words to describe Miss Kiva! Kiva came into rescue with a grand entrance. This sweet 5 year old Frenchie was in need of an immediate c-section to save her life. By the time she was in surgery, she had lost her puppies and was a pretty sick little girl. Watching her CHOOSE TO LIVE... well, it has been nothing short of priceless. Over the days following her surgery, we watched her heart to begin to open up. She quickly trusted us, quickly fell into our routines, and even more quickly did she steal our hearts. This girl likes to be up close and personal and isn't a huge fan of "personal space". Your space is her space and it is everywhere she wants to be. She will shadow your movements, attach herself to your feet, and snuggle into your arms. She doesn't want to be with her people, she craves it. Kiva has a confident personality, loves to play with other dogs, and loves to interact with kids. She sometimes has a rough and tumble play style and, at other times, she is sweet and snuggled up with her best friends. She defines the perfect mix of play and cuddles! She is a dog who likes to be near you (did I mention that) and enjoys eating her meals right by your side. Car rides? Yes, please! Shopping? Absolutely! Foo motivated? Sometimes. Love you forever? Without a doubt! Not gonna lie, I am going to need whoever adopts this beautiful girl to understand that she wants to be your EVERYTHING and I want you to be hers. This sweet girl and her soulful eyes are waiting for you to choose her. ***ADOPTION PROCESS*** -All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on Veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention. -Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area. -We DO NOT ship dogs!!
