Iandamp;#39;m currently at the Prison at our Pups For Parole Training Program. From the andamp;quot;littlesandamp;quot; up to the teenage years&#44 I have something in common with each and every child I meet. Kids are my most favorite humans of all. My name is Nora Darling. Iandamp;#39;m a simply gorgeous 3-year-old Husky mix with a gentle heart&#44 a playful spirit&#44 and a lot of love to give. Everyone who meets me says Iandamp;#39;m incredibly sweet and well-adjusted. Iandamp;#39;ve been told I have a calm&#44 loving nature and that I make people feel instantly at ease. andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;My family surrendered me because they were moving&#44 and they could not take me with them. Iandamp;#39;ve definitely known a lot of love in my life. Thatandamp;#39;s why I want a home and family again so badly. I love car rides&#44 especially when we grab a pup cup. I love to look out the window of my house and andamp;quot;people watchandamp;quot;. I love to run&#44 play with a basketball&#44 I play fetch with tennis balls&#44 tug with a rope toy&#44 and I even play hide and seek with treats! I donandamp;#39;t bark at people&#44 but I do like to bark at the lawnmower and the weed eater. Oh&#44 and I might bark a little at the blow dryer after a bath.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;When I meet kids in public&#44 I like for them to pet me. At home&#44 Iandamp;#39;ll lie down next to the young ones and let them pet me&#44 and we talk a little about important child things. With the 7-10 year old kids&#44 itandamp;#39;s all about running and playing fetch and doing zoomies! But I keep going on about kids - I like dogs&#44 too. I attended doggie day care and always had a good time. By the way&#44 Iandamp;#39;m crate trained and house trained. You should know that I might andamp;quot;talk backandamp;quot; a little if disciplined&#44 I have been known to pout when you are late giving me my meal&#44 and I get really sad when you eat in front of me and donandamp;#39;t share. Yes&#44 I know people food isnandamp;#39;t right for dogs. Sometimes I was offered a veggie or two&#44 and I turned my nose up andamp;#39;em. Iandamp;#39;m definitely not a fan of the greens :). I do like chicken feet&#44 though&#44 as a treat!andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I already know a few basic commands like andamp;quot;sit&#44andamp;quot; andamp;quot;shake&#44andamp;quot; and andamp;quot;come&#44andamp;quot; and Iandamp;#39;m always eager to learn more&#44 especially if thereandamp;#39;s a treat or a kind word involved.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I do get a little excited sometimes&#44 especially when weandamp;#39;re heading out for a walk&#44 so Iandamp;#39;m still working on perfecting my leash skills. A bit of continued practice and patience will go a long way&#44 and Iandamp;#39;m a quick learner. Aside from that&#44 I have a very balanced temperament and would be a wonderful companion for just about any household.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Iandamp;#39;m looking for a home where I can be loved&#44 included&#44 and given the opportunity to grow into the amazing dog Iandamp;#39;m meant to be.
