My story

Pepper is the perfect blend of gentle, playful, and calm. As the loving mama of a litter of 10-week-old pups, she’s done her job and is now ready to start her next chapter—one where she gets to be the center of attention. Whether she’s lounging on the couch or enjoying time outside, Pepper is happiest just being near her people.This sweet girl is fully house-trained, crate-ready (though she hasn’t needed much crate time), and has been an easygoing companion from day one. Pepper is curious but not overly vocal—she might bark at a passerby, but otherwise, she’s calm and content. She's a quick learner, loves walks and bones, and has even done a bit of boundary training already.Pepper was originally a reservation dog and has already raised two litters in her young life. Despite her past, she’s as happy, loving, and well-adjusted as can be. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchip implant (including registration). Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.
