My story

UPDATE!  FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED ASAP! Meet Sami formerly Mary. She was adopted as a small puppy sadly is being returned because her family can not provide her with the attention they feel she needs. She is a 6 month old, 50+ pound lab mix with a DNA that includes blood hound, husky, and German shepherd among others. She is affectionate and loves being with her people. She enjoys going to the dog park, taking long daily walks, and is learning to play fetch. She loves squeaky toys and tug. She’s fairly good about letting you know when she needs to go out or when she’s hungry. And she has a love for velcro.  Sami has had 4 weeks of Board and Train obedience. She needs consistency to continue working on her skills, but is eager to learn and please. She is still a baby with normal puppy behaviors, so that training will need to continue. She needs exercise and playtime. She would do well with younger, active family, one with other pets or kids to play with or one with land or one that enjoy outdoor sports. She’s utd, spayed and ready for her forever family!  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
