My story

Rumi is a handsome 5 year old boy who was unfortunately surrendered at no fault of his own. He’s noted to be great with children and house trained! He isn’t the most friendly with other cats though. He’s neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, combo tested and already microchipped. Come meet him in kennel 659, his ID is 12462. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers. Shelter hours are: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only until further notice, CLOSED Mondays & Holidays.
