Meet Happy Boy, URGENT SWEETIE WONDERING WHAT HE DID TO DESERVE ALL THIS CONFUSION AND WHY HE ENDED UP IN THIS SCARY PLACE! Happy Boy came into our shelter through our managed Intake program due to his owner being unable to care for him. He fits right in and has made lots of new dog friends so far!
