My story

Meet Birdie 🕊️💛At just 11 weeks old, this tiny soul has already endured more than most - but her spirit remains strong, and her heart is slowly learning to open again.Birdie was found on Seabird Island almost 4 weeks ago, badly injured after being hit by a car. A kind soul rushed her to the vet, and from that moment on, her journey toward healing and hope began. Now safe and after recovering in a loving foster home, Birdie is proving to be nothing short of remarkable.Though still healing physically and emotionally, Birdie is showing signs of trust. She's learning that gentle hands can bring comfort, and that warmth doesn't always mean danger. It's a work in progress, but at only 11 weeks old, this brave little girl has a lifetime ahead to learn what love truly feels like.Birdie isn't a fan of dogs and is still figuring out how she feels about other cats - but one thing is clear: she's searching for someone special. Someone with a kind heart, quiet patience, and a soft place for a tiny survivor to land. Are you the one to help Birdie spread her wings and feel safe in the world again?📍 Apply today to be part of her story - and give this incredible kitten the forever she deserves. Primary Color: Black Weight: 1.24 Age: 0yrs 0mths 12wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Birdie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
