My story

Meet Blackjack! This handsome mini panther is playing the long game — and we think he’s holding a winning hand. ♠  Once a feral cat trying to survive on the streets, Blackjack is now enrolled in our Feral to Friendly Program, and let’s just say… the odds are definitely shifting in his favor. At just around a year old, Blackjack has started reaching out — quite literally! — gently tapping volunteers as if to say, “Hey… I think I want to be your friend.” He’s curious, observant, and clearly wants to be loved — he’s just still learning how to accept it. Every day he’s making progress, and we’re rooting for him like he’s the final card in a high-stakes hand. ♣ Blackjack isn’t quite ready to cash in his chips just yet, but we’re confident he’ll be ready to go home soon.
