My story

Hello, my name is Sakura! I am a 6 year old female Beagle mix that weighs approx. 29 lbs. I was surrendered to RAC due to my previous home no longer being able to care for me. I am now looking for my FURever home! I am leash and crate trained. I have been raised around other dogs and children. I have not been around cats so that would be a new experience for me. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccine, and basic boosters. I did test heartworm positive, BUT thanks to the amazing folks at Rockwall PAWS, my treatment will be covered at little to no cost to my new family. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
