My story

Meet Simon!This 10-week-old, 9-pound Corgi mix is bold, curious, and just a little bit thoughtful—he likes to take a quick 2.5-second pause before diving headfirst into new adventures. Once he decides it’s a go, there’s no stopping him! Simon isn’t shy about asking for what he wants, whether it’s treats, toys, or snuggles, and he gives out kisses like he’s on a mission to make everyone smile.When he’s tired, Simon turns into a total cuddle monster. If you don’t have a pillow fort ready for nap time, don’t worry—he’ll make one himself! He’s learning all the important puppy things like asking to go out for potty breaks, sitting for snacks, and what those funny human words might mean (though following through is still a work in progress). He doesn’t quite sleep through the night yet, but after a potty break and first breakfast, he’ll happily go back to snoozing.Simon is heart-meltingly sweet, adorably goofy, and can’t wait to grow up in a home of his very own. He’s expected to be around 30–40 pounds full grown. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
