My story

This lovely lady is Celia! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 7/28 along with 2 other rotties named Bruce and Mandy. The volunteers describe Celia as a friendly, gentle giant. She will sit nicely when asked and takes treats gently. She is very treat-motivated so she'll pick up new things quickly. It appears as though Celia had puppies before, but she'll be taking the "no more puppies" pledge soon so that she can focus on herself. If you have room in your heart and home for Celia, please come meet her today! Celia is approximately 6 years old and weighs 90 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Celia is waiting in run 806; her ID # is 12309. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
