Meet Alannis, this sweet shy girl was found in a dangerous area of the Bronx. She is been doing great at her current foster but she could really use someone who can help her come out of her shell. She is currently being foster with Shelby, who we believe might be her son. He is doing such great job at helping her feel at ease.
