My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog Adoption:15At 11 years young and 36 pounds, Ally is a sweet and spritely senior who’s ready to enjoy her golden years in comfort and love. She may have a few lumps, bumps, and senior quirks, but this girl still has pep in her step. Ally is gentle on leash and likely house-trained. She loves her spa days (baths, brushing, blow-drying, she’s a pro!). She’s treat-motivated, enjoys sunbathing, and adores being talked to and loved on. Her tail wags and soft eye contact say it all—she's just happy to be with you. She’s also a social butterfly with other dogs and enjoys friendly play, though she’d do just as well soaking up all the attention as your one and only. All Ally asks for is a cozy bed, tasty snacks, some nice walks, and a person to love her as much as she’ll love them. Come meet this very good girl.
