Veronika

My story

Veronika is new to BARCS, and we’re still getting to know her—but what we’ve seen so far has us smitten. She can be a little nervous as she adjusts to her new environment, but once she starts to feel comfortable, her sweet personality shines through. She enjoys treats (hot dogs are the way to her heart!) and loves to show off her zoomies when she’s feeling playful. The smart girl knows “sit,“ and pays attention to her handler.Veronika appears to be housebroken and has been friendly with the dogs she’s met at the shelter. She’s a social girl who enjoys playing with gentle, polite canine companions and has interacted well with smaller dogs.We’re excited to learn more about Veronika as she continues to settle in, so check back soon for updates—or better yet, come meet her in person at BARCS!
