My story
Meet Phoebe! Adoption fee $500 This little thing was surrendered to us with four others. Phoebe was matted and had sticks in her fur. She was also filthy! Poor thing had lived her whole life outside. She is very shy in the beginning but once she relaxes she is a love bug! She does bark at new people until she gets to know them. Phoebes foster says she is just a sweetheart. She does need leash work or you could just put her in your purse HA HA! Phoebe is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and 4DX (tick/heartworm test) negative.
