My story
Poor Billy was found locally in Pottstown tied to someone's outdoor Ac unit. A good Samaritan found this boy and another dog and called the state police who then brought Billy to our adoption center in Pottstown, Pa. Billy is completely emaciated and did test positive for heartworm. He will need to finish his heartworm treatment and gain some weight before getting neutered and available for adoption.
