My story

Meet Sir Squilliam Fancyson!!!This sweet 5-year-old gentleman is as charming as his name suggests. Sir Squilliam is a sensitive soul who has shown us that he needs a little extra time, patience, and understanding to truly blossom. He`s been quite shy and nervous around new people, but with a gentle approach and a calm environment, we believe he’ll slowly come out of his shell.Sir Squilliam may be able to live with other dogs, but he will need a very slow and thoughtful introduction to any resident pups to help him feel safe and secure. Once he feels comfortable, he has the potential to be a loyal and loving companion. It’s important to remember that it will take Sir Squilliam some time to settle into his new home and feel comfortable with his new family—but the reward of earning his trust will be well worth the wait. With kindness, patience, and a peaceful space to decompress, we’re confident he’ll become a wonderful addition to a caring home.He is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives. If you have further questions, please call the shelter at (517) 626-6060 or email our adoption staff at adoptions@AdoptLansing.org.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sir Squilliam Fancyson, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
