Mirren

My story

She is so curious and sweet! From the second we took her home, Mirren immediately wanted to be in my lap and be pet. She loves looking around, trying to get into cabinets and meowing at you to give her attention. She is also a climber. While I was cleaning her litterbox, she jumped on my back and tried to stand on my shoulders. Overall, a super smart, loving girl. *This cat was noted to have same facial neurologic deficits (droopy eye, tongue occasionally hangs out of mouth) one side. She also presented with some bloody nasal discharge, which may suggest trauma. A condition called "Horner's syndrome" is suspected, which essentially means neurologic function is affected for an unknown reason. If adopted prior to recheck exam at the shelter, the adopter is encouraged to establish care with their veterinarian to monitor these findings.
