My story

Hi, I’m Simba 🐾 A gentle soul with a fluffy coat and an even softer heart — maybe I’ve been waiting all this time just for you. I’ve spent a long time in the shelter, quietly hoping someone would see me... not just as another dog behind a gate, but as a friend, a companion, a family member. And now, I’m finally ready to start that new life — one filled with warmth, love, and a forever home. I’m a Samoyed mix, known for my soft, cloud-like fur and warm, cuddly nature. I love being held or sleeping close to someone — there's just something about being near you that makes everything feel okay. If you're looking for a snuggle buddy, I’m your guy. People say I smile with my eyes — I’m a bit of a “smile expert,” and I’ve been told I’m dangerously charming with my sweet little expressions and soft, loving gaze. I have an independent side, yes, but deep down I just want to belong. I find comfort in being near my people, and I dream of being someone’s everything. I’m a calm and easygoing dog — happy to quietly entertain myself, never causing trouble. But call my name with kindness, give me a soft pat, and I’ll melt right into you. I’m gentle and expressive, and I show my love with my whole body. I get along well with other dogs, though I do prefer a bit of personal space. If another dog gets too close too fast, I may quietly walk away — no growling, no drama — just a peaceful soul who values calmness. I already know the basics like “sit” and “wait”, and I always do my best to show my best behavior when I’m around people. I’m still getting used to outdoor potty routines, but I’m smart and eager to learn — with a little patience and love, I’ll have it down in no time. I’ve endured loneliness and waited quietly for a long, long time… but I haven’t given up hope. Now, I’m dreaming of a new chapter — filled with soft beds, kind voices, shared walks, and warm evenings by your side. Are you the one I’ve been waiting for? If you’re looking for a loyal heart, a quiet companion, and a gentle best friend to love you unconditionally… I’m here. With all my heart, Simba 💛
