My story

Name: TimmyAge: 1 yearBreed: Terrier MixGender: Male/NeuteredWeight: 6.5 poundsLocation: Buffalo Timmy is a special boy with a sad beginning to life, BUT a miraculous fresh start.  After being rescued he had double knee surgery which he has 100% healed from. Unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, BUT thankfully the doctor said with exercise, a healthy diet & a daily supplement he may be able to remain pain free and avoid future surgery.  This sweet boy is very happy, silly & social. He loves people & LOVES dogs & L-O-V-E-S playing outside. If you’re looking for a lap dog, Timmy is not your guy unless he wants to take a nap then he’ll gladly cuddle up. Otherwise, he prefers to be exploring his fully fenced yard, playing with balls, chewing toys, chasing you or enjoying a game of tug-o-war.  He is young & very energetic so he needs a home that can provide him plenty of time to exercise.  It’s also important he stays active to help keep his hips & joints healthy.  A home where he is left alone for long periods of time would not be a good fit. He is potty trained, but also knows to use a potty pad for days you may be gone longer than he can hold it.
