My story

Pippa is looking for their forever home! WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Pippa’s journey began on a massive urgent list of 50 dogs who needed out within days. We were ready to foster, but every dog we lined up kept getting scooped up. And then… there she was—stoic, timid, heartbreakingly quiet in her video. Wiggles Way Rescue swooped in with just hours to spare, and Pippa was whisked into our home. What a gift she’s turned out to be. Day one, she shadowed us—head low, leaning in for quiet reassurance. Day two, a gentle wag and braver eye contact. Day three… her very first kiss. Watching her blossom has been pure magic. 🌟 The Pippa Package: Calm, peaceful energy—equal parts cuddle bug and sunbather Kid-approved (lives with an elementary-aged human) Gets along with her canine siblings (medium-sized seniors) Follows you from room to room like a polite shadow Doesn’t jump—on people or furniture (fancy manners) House-trained, crate-comfortable, non-destructive Loves bones and chews, no guarding issues City-living approved—no yard necessary Prefers calm, patient homes—still learning to trust Outside, she walks well on leash but may bark a friendly “Hi!” to new acquaintances before remembering her inside voice. With treats and a little time, she’ll be a total pro. Pippa is the kind of dog who makes you cancel plans just to stay home with her. Loyal, low-maintenance, and full of quiet grace—she’ll have you wondering, how did I get so lucky? ADOPTION CONSIDERATIONS: Pippa would do best in a home with another resident dog to help her come out of her shell and gain confidence. —------------- Wiggles Way Rescue does not guarantee that any dog is housebroken nor crate trained. We strive to provide accurate information on all of our animals however, we are unable to guarantee an animal’s breed, size, health, behavior, temperament, or any other conditions.
