Fluorescent is a delicate little girl who’s still learning to shine in the big, bright world. The shyest of her litter, she’s looking for a calm and patient home where she can bloom at her own pace. Though she may take time to trust, she absolutely lights up when she’s around other cats and adores chasing toys in quiet moments.
