My story

IDGSR Welcomes AGGIE into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Aggie and I'm a beautiful 10-month old female German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 10-months Kids - will do fine with older kids (8+) Dogs - great with other large dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs standard obedience training 1. I had been dumped at an abandoned house left to die. I've been out in the heat for the past few weeks without food, water, or shelter. Thankfully a nice neighbor noticed me and got me into the rescue! 2. My previous owner was not a nice person. I had been kept in a kennel most of the day with very little interaction. Because of this, I am a little behind socially but I'm learning from the other rescue dogs now! 3. As you can see in my video, I'm a happy & playful girl! I LOVE to play with the other rescue dogs and playing in the kiddie pool is my favorite! 4. I do need standard obedience training. It will help us bond & prove that I'm the smartest & bestest girl around. Have patience with me (and some yummy treats) and I'll catch on quickly. 5. I would make an excellent hiking person, especially with fall coming up! Or if you are going swimming now, I'll be your lifeguard! 6. If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
