My story

Meet Leo – the scruffiest little muffin with the biggest terrier energy! At just about 9 weeks old and weighing 7 pounds, Leo is already bursting with personality. He may be little now, but this sweet, scruffy boy is a total terrier at heart—spunky, curious, and always up for an adventure. Leo came to us after being heartbreakingly found dumped in a sealed box at a park with his sibling Blu. Despite that rough start, he’s proven to be incredibly resilient and endlessly affectionate. He loves to be near his people, will happily climb into your lap for cuddles, and brings a silly, joyful energy wherever he goes. He’s currently working on finishing his puppy shots over the next 8 weeks, so he’s not quite ready for public outings yet—but once he’s cleared, he’s going to love exploring the world. We estimate he’ll grow to be around 13–20 pounds full-grown. He’s low-shedding and already showing signs of being a smart, food-motivated learner. Leo would thrive in a home with another playful dog and a human with a flexible schedule who can commit to his success. He’s still a baby and will need consistency, patience, and lots of positive reinforcement for training, socialization, and all that wonderful puppy energy. We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest. Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed. Our Commitment to Our Dogs Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including: • Spay/Neuter surgery • Microchipping • DHPP vaccination • Flea treatment and deworming • Rabies vaccination • Any additional vet care as needed The adoption fee for this dog is $500 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs. Adoption fees may vary based on specific dog and needs.
