My story

Meet Lacey – the golden girl with a heart of gold and a scruffy little face you’ll fall in love with! At just 9 weeks old and 7 pounds, Lacey may be young, but she’s already a shining star. With her stunning golden brown coat, soulful eyes, and soft scruff, she’s one of those puppies who turns heads and melts hearts wherever she goes. Lacey was found abandoned in a sealed box at a park, along with her sibling Leo. Despite her rough start, this sweet girl is thriving in foster care and quickly showing us just how affectionate and joyful she truly is. She’s a curious, playful pup who loves to explore the world around her—whether that’s investigating new smells in the backyard, snuggling up in your lap for a nap, or bouncing after her foster siblings. She’s a perfect mix of sweetness and spunk, and we see so much potential in her. Lacey is currently working on finishing her puppy vaccines and will need about 8 more weeks before it’s safe for her to venture out in public. She’s estimated to grow to around 13–20 pounds full-grown and is low-shedding, which makes her an even more irresistible companion. Her ideal home? One with another friendly, playful dog and a human who has time to dedicate to her success—someone patient, present, and ready to guide her through training, socialization, and all the adventures of puppyhood. We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest. Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed. Our Commitment to Our Dogs Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including: • Spay/Neuter surgery • Microchipping • DHPP vaccination • Flea treatment and deworming • Rabies vaccination • Any additional vet care as needed The adoption fee for this dog is $500 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs. Adoption fees may vary based on specific dog and needs.
