My story

Gemma is a friend to all and everyone who meets her instantly falls in love! She is down to go on a walk or just lounge around the house. She would do great in a home with other cats, dogs, and kids. Her only quirk is that she needs to eat by herself because she loves all food and when she decides it is hers, she will protect it from the other animals. She doesn’t care if I come take her bowl or am next to her while eating. She is very enthusiastic and loves being part of whatever you are doing. Also, if you need to leave the house, she is crate trained and does best in a crate when leaving for longer periods of time. Gemma does have a medical issue that will need to have treatment for life. She has dry eye and is on special medication (eye drops) for that. For more information on Gemma please TEXT her foster parent Alison at 509-434-6021.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Gemma, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
