Meet Theodore – The Cutest Puppy in the History of Ever Go ahead, take a deep breath… because the second you see Theodore, your heart will forget how to beat in any sort of normal rhythm. This teeny-tiny, joy-sprinkling fluff nugget is quite possibly the cutest creature to have ever walked the face of the earth. Theodore came to us as part of an unwanted litter born on June 7, 2025—but thanks to Hope Ranch swooping in like the puppy-saving superheroes they are, he and his siblings are safe, sound, and ready to live their best lives. His dad is a chihuahua, his mom appears to be a shih tzu/pug mix, and his body is 100% pure cuteness. He’ll stay small, but his personality? That’s extra-large. He’s got the waggiest tail in the Western Hemisphere, loves people like it’s his full-time job, and will gladly curl up in the crook of your neck during movie night. He’s also been dubbed Kissypants McGee, because he hands out kisses like Oprah hands out cars—“You get a kiss! You get a kiss! EVERYBODY gets a kiss!” His puppy breath could be bottled and sold as the world’s most effective anti-aging serum. His zoomies are a blur of hilarity. And his heart is as sweet as his face (yes, it’s possible). Theodore is ready for a forever home where he’ll never have to wonder if he’s wanted—because the truth is, once you meet him, you won’t be able to imagine your life without him.
