Meet Tiny: A Special Companion Looking for Her Forever Home About Tiny Tiny is a petite 8-month-old Chihuahua weighing just 4 pounds. She comes from a challenging background, having been rescued from a horrific hoarding situation. Due to her past, Tiny is a bit timid and is still learning about the world around her. She had little socialization and had not encountered humans before her rescue, which means she requires a patient and understanding adopter. Ideal Home for Tiny Given her history and current temperament, Tiny needs a calm and nurturing environment. Here are some key considerations for her ideal home: No Small Children: Tiny is easily frightened by loud noises and sudden movements, which are often present in households with small kids. When scared, she may nip, so a home without young children is best for her safety and comfort. Fenced Yard: Tiny would benefit from a securely fenced yard where she can explore safely and gain confidence in her surroundings. Patience and Training: She is currently being trained to walk on a leash and is already potty pad trained. Tiny is also working on crate training, so her new family should be prepared to continue her training with patience and positive reinforcement. Lovey's Personality Despite her shy beginnings, Tiny is incredibly sweet and affectionate once she begins to trust her human companions. She has a gentle demeanor and a lot of love to give to the right family willing to earn her trust and help her blossom. Health and Wellness Tiny is in excellent health and is fully prepared for her new home: Vaccinations: She is up-to-date on all her vaccines. Microchipped: Tiny has been microchipped for her safety. Heartworm Protection: She is heartworm negative and has received the ProHeart 12 injection, which protects against heartworms for 12 months.
