Meet Rayna – A Heart Full of Hope RAYNA is a 7-month-old female Lab mix with the gentlest soul you’ll ever meet. Abandoned as a tiny puppy, she’s had a tough start to life, but you’d never know it by the quiet sweetness in her eyes and the way she leans in when she trusts you. This beautiful girl is learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. She’s still working on her potty training and leash walking, but she’s making wonderful progress every day in her foster home. RAYNA doesn’t pull on the leash—she’s too polite for that—but sometimes she gets a little overwhelmed and may freeze when something unfamiliar feels too big. She just needs someone patient to remind her that she’s safe. RAYNA adores her foster mom and truly blossoms around other dogs. Canine companions give her the confidence to explore and help teach her that people can be kind. Because of this, she would thrive in a home with another friendly dog who can show her the ropes and be her steady companion. She already knows how to sit and lie down, and she’s incredibly smart and eager to please. But more than anything, RAYNA is kind. She’s the sort of dog who will rest her head gently on your lap when you’ve had a hard day. RAYNA is looking for a family that sees her not for where she’s been, but for the loving, loyal companion she’s becoming.
