My story

Hi, I’m Yolanda. I’m 2 years old. I’m a calm and independent girl who enjoys a peaceful space to relax, observe, and stretch out on the carpet after a good nap. I take grooming seriously—always polished and proper—and I use the litter box like a pro. I’m not into toys, and I leave furniture alone. I’m pretty low-maintenance that way. You might see my belly swelling but that is the normal symptom after giving birth to kittens and I will recover in a few weeks. Once I trust you (and yes, I will follow you around if I like you), I can be surprisingly affectionate. I’ll rub against your hand to say hello, and when I’m really happy, I do this funny thing where I roll over like a dog. No one knows where I picked it up—but it means I feel safe with you. I enjoy being petted around my head and neck, and I’ll let you know when I’ve had enough. Just don’t touch the base of my tail—I’ll give you a clear warning if you try, and I expect you to listen. I prefer a quiet home where I can be the only cat, and I’ve shown a bit of a soft spot for men. A calm, respectful adopter who lets me move at my own pace is exactly what I’m looking for.
