PEASE NOTE: HE IS BEING FOSTERED IN THE OTTAWA, ON AREA We at All Paws Matter believe in the benefits of post-adoption training for our dogs and their families. This allows for continued socialization, learning and helps to create a well-mannered and balanced dog. This is now a requirement in our adoption process. Proof of training classes for puppies specifically is required before adoption. NAME: Floffy Age: 2 years Breed: Mexi-Mix Sex: Male Weight: Approx 45 lbs Location: Ottawa, ON Adoption fee: $600.00 Spayed/Neutered: Yes Leash trained: Work in progress House trained: Yes Kids/Cats/Dogs: Good with dogs, no cats, children 12+ Vetting: Up to date on all vaccination, sterilized, microchipped, 4dx tested: negative for Heart worm. Currently on flea/tick/heart worm prevention, dewormed and vet checked before arriving. Medical Issues: Comes with 4 weeks free pet insurance (after initial vet visit) Meet Floffy: Your Future Fluffy Companion Floffy is a breathtaking burst of fluff and energy. This beautiful boy greets every day with a wagging tail and an insatiable curiosity. Whether he’s sniffing out hidden treasures in the yard or staking his claim on the “squirrel tree,” he’s always ready for the next adventure.   Personality Highlights - Energetic explorer who loves zoomies in a securely fenced yard   - Affectionate cuddle buddy—belly rubs are his love language   - Quiet at home, alert and vocal when visitors arrive   - Confident car traveler, always ready for road trips   Floffy thrives with:   - An active family or individual who can match his energy   - A securely fenced yard for his daily zoomies   - At least one canine companion (he adores dog siblings)   - Children aged 12 and up, due to his enthusiastic mouthing during play   Training & Enrichment Needs Floffy has the basics down—crate trained and house trained—but he’s primed to learn more:   - Leash manners to curb the occasional pulling on walks   - Guard-alert training to channel his protective instincts positively   - Continued socialization with people and dogs to boost his confidence   - Interactive puzzle toys and chew toys to satisfy his busy mind   Floffy’s Favorites - Chasing tennis balls until he drops   - Squeaky toys for a good, long chew session   - Belly rubs and head scratches on lazy afternoons   - Car rides with the window cracked   If you feel you would be the right fit forFloffy, please email us at allpawsmatteradopt@outlook.com and we will send you an adoption application to fill out . Our website is under construction. All APM dogs are UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, dewormed, Heart worm (4dx snap) tested and arrive with a health certificate. They come to adopter with a harness, a collar and two leashes for safety. NOTE: The above description is relevant to this dog in its current and previous setting. Home changes and adopter personalities can bring out different behaviours not previously seen. We also do not claim or suggest that our dogs are hypo-allergenic or that they shed/do not shed.
