My story

Pretty little Dahlia came into the rescue ill and woebegone. She suffered the loss of her mother from pneumonia and this has resulted in her being slow to warm up in new situations. Don't let that fool you, she craves gentle loves and company. Dahlia would do best in a quiet home with experienced cat people. She needs time, a gentle but consistent demeanor, and a heart for healing. The person who gets her will end up with a very loyal companion. She has been spayed, deflead, dewormed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has had her first two kitten shots. An application, landlord approval if renting, safety home check, and an adoption fee are required. Discount to seniors, military/veterans, with proof of disability, and adopting multiples.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dahlia, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
