Meet Casey!Casey is a 4-year-old, 43-pound sweetheart who’s ready to find a calm, loving home where she can continue her journey of healing and growth. This sensitive girl may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe and comfortable, she’ll shower you with affection and cuddles. She’s a gentle, sweet pup who just needs the right person to offer her the time and space she needs to fully open up.Casey would do best in a home with older kids, 13 and up, who understand her need for a peaceful environment and the patience to let her get comfortable at her own pace. She shows great potential with other dogs, especially with slow and thoughtful introductions. As for cats, we’re not sure, but a slow introduction would likely work well if you have one.When Casey first came to us, she was thin, dehydrated, and suffering from fleas and small wounds on her feet. But with love, care, and time, she is now on the right path, feeling better every day.
