HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH: CATS: Good with other cats and would like a cat friend DOGS: Unknown with dogs but might be ok with calm dog KIDS: Likely good with older kids KNOWN LIKES: Attention from her people, playing, knocking things off the table, lots of yummy wet food KNOWN DISLIKES: None so far ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Linda has flown around the world from Doha, Qatar, to find a family that will never give her up again. As a kitten she suffered from feline herpes virus with damaged her eye. It eventually needed surgical care and the eye was closed. Her family deemed her “not pretty enough” so they abandoned her at the vet clinic in Doha, never to return. Thankfully, a kind hearted rescuer stepped in and agreed to sponsor her at the clinic until a rescue could be found. After trying for months without success to find a home in Doha, Homeward Trails was asked to help. We can’t understand who would abandon Linda. After just a few days, here is what her foster mom has to say: “She is silly when she has zoomies because she will run around and make funny sounds/meows. She also is definitely a cat that pushes stuff off of tables/counters/places she’s allowed to go. Her sweetness comes out when it is time to sleep for her. She LOVES to be touching someone when she falls asleep (holding hands, being near your feet, curled up right in your legs, etc.). She is very good on car rides! She might meow a couple times but then goes to sleep. She is a very good eater! She LOVES wet food more than dry but will eat both of them up.” Linda is an active kitty who would like an active kitty playmate!
