My story

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.Meet Oakley! Oakley is approximately 9 months old, 53 lbs currently and he might have some Hound in his mix! He got to be too big for the apartment regulations and had to be surrendered. In his foster home, he is working hard on house-training, crate training, and leash walking. He could go to a home with kids 5+, and other dogs but he does have some resource guarding. He has not been exposed to cats.His foster says, `Meet your new best friend, a gentle giant who embodies the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation! This lovable dog adores riding shotgun, eagerly enjoying the sights and sounds of the road. His playful spirit shines when he`s around other dogs, making him the life of the party at the dog park. But don’t let his playful nature fool you; he also cherishes quiet moments, happily chewing on his favorite toy or snuggling up on the couch for some quality downtime. With his easygoing demeanor and friendly disposition, he loves everyone he meets, making him an ideal companion for families and individuals alike.
