Ellie

My story

Ellie is a goofy, lanky young lady hound of around 5 months. She is shy at first, but once she is warmed up to you she is a curious and playful pup. She is nervous of new dogs a but makes friends and enjoys playing once she gets to know them. She shares her foster home with a toddler for whom she has all the patience in the world. Her only fault when it comes to treatment of kiddos is too many licks. She is careful around them even while riled up and rambunctious, and would love to be in a home with kids. She is working on house training and learning basic commands. She is good at getting in her crate and going outside when asked. Right now she HATES the leash...so her foster family has only been able to go on front yard walks so far. Working on it!
