Meet Dante, a stunning 2-year-old chocolate husky with soulful eyes and a heart waiting to trust. Right now, he’s feeling very overwhelmed and unsure in the big, noisy shelter—but we know that with time, patience, and love, his true personality will shine bright. Transitions can be tough for some dogs, and Dante is one of those pups who just needs a little extra time to feel comfortable. He would thrive with a dedicated, understanding family who can offer him a calm environment and the space to settle in at his own pace. Dante is a smart and sweet boy with so much potential, and once he feels safe, he’s sure to blossom. He’s ready to meet his forever family and burst out of the shelter into a new life filled with love, stability, and adventure. Could that be with you?Dante would love to meet any potential canine siblings! Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet him! A meet-and-greet with all members of the household will be required to ensure he`s the perfect fit for your family! He thinks cats are a little too interesting, so a feline-free home would be more than likely be the best fit!Dante is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home!His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
