My story

Meet Zema Zema is an 8-year-old, 45-pound sweetheart with a heart full of love and a lifetime of loyalty under his belt. He spent seven wonderful years with his previous family, where he was deeply loved and well cared for. A change in their circumstances brought him back to rescue, but Zema brings with him a beautiful history of companionship and affection. Energy and Personality Zema is calm, affectionate, and ready to be your constant companion. He’s incredibly friendly with other dogs and has been around children throughout his life, making him an easy fit for many households. He may be a little shy or submissive at first, but his gentle nature shines through quickly. Training and Behavior Zema is house-trained, well-mannered, and loves to snuggle. He does best when he has a comforting presence nearby - especially during storms, when he gets a little anxious. A reassuring cuddle or soft word is all he needs to feel secure again. He enjoys being close to people and often cuddles with the other dogs in his foster home. Social Life Zema is a social dog who appreciates canine companionship and is kind and appropriate in his interactions. He’s used to family life and adapts well to a household routine. His soft, soulful eyes and easygoing demeanor make him the kind of dog everyone wants to be around.
