My story

Meet Captain Jack Sparrow! Captain Jack Sparrow is a clever, adventurous Heeler mix with a knack for fun and a brain that’s always one step ahead. Like any good captain, he’s ready to chart new territory, chase the wind, and find joy in every journey—especially if it includes running, tug-of-war, or a good stick. Sparrow walks great on leash and is super social with other dogs. He especially loves to run and play with canine pals who match his spirited, on-the-go style. A confident, playful dog buddy would make an excellent crewmate. He’s also a total charmer with people—friendly, affectionate, and always happy to meet someone new. We haven’t tested him with kids just yet, but we haven’t seen anything that concerns us. Like most heelers, he may try to “organize” the little ones, but respectful, dog-savvy kids would probably be smooth sailing. Sparrow can get a little bouncy when he’s excited (who among us hasn’t?), but overall he’s a polite and eager companion. He’d thrive in a home that enjoys hiking, running, exploring, or any activity that keeps him engaged. And when the day winds down, he’s all about relaxing with his crew. Sparrow isn’t a couch potato—he’s an active, intelligent pup looking for his adventure-loving people. And no, he may not have a pirate ship or a jar of dirt... but he will try to steal your heart.
