My story

Meet Stormfly Shy at First, Sweet Forever Named after the loyal dragon from How to Train Your Dragon, Stormfly has had a rough start but is learning to trust again. He was abandoned in a box at a vet’s office—scared, unsure, and heartbroken. But with time, patience, and a lot of love, Stormfly is showing everyone just how sweet and playful he truly is. At first, Stormfly is shy and cautious in new situations, but don’t be fooled—once he feels safe, he turns into a total lovebug. He enjoys gentle pets (his little butt goes right up when he’s happy!) and doesn’t mind people moving around the house. In fact, you can walk right up to him, and he’ll let you pet him—something he’s just beginning to truly enjoy. Stormfly gets along wonderfully with other cats and even likes the dog in his foster home. He loves to play and feels most comfortable when he’s surrounded by furry friends. Stormfly is looking for a calm, loving home where he can continue to grow in confidence and feel safe being himself. If you believe in second chances and the quiet magic of earning a shy kitty’s trust, Stormfly is waiting to meet you. We provide all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care. All cats and kittens available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, combo tested and given a rabies vaccine. Our adoption fees also cover lifetime microchip registration.
