My story

Location: Ramona, CA Say hi to Raven. She is 5 years old and comes in at 150 lbs. Sadly, her owner is moving to a place that doesn't allow dogs her size. This sweet girl has lived outside her whole life. It's time for her to enjoy a soft couch to loaf on and some air conditioning. She really does like to lounge. Raven is reserved or cautious around all strangers, as she has simply protected her property/owner, her entire life. She has not had interaction with many strange dogs, so she will bark at them & try to protect her owner. She currently lives with her brother and does fine with him. She will need some time and patience to realize she can just relax a bit. Raven has lived with kids 13 and 15yrs old and done fine. True to her breed, Raven is sweet, smart, patient and profoundly loyal. Anatolian owners must be strong leaders, willing and able to handle a dog who is as demanding, as she is calm and loving. Raven would love to be in the same home with her brother, but we know that is not always possible.
