Rocky is a small but mighty terrier mix with a big heart and an even bigger story. He came to us from the shelter with a broken leg—no one knows how it happened, but one thing’s for sure: this little guy has the spirit of a fighter and the soul of a sweetheart.Despite his rough start, Rocky is incredibly resilient.
