My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog I:3Cannoli – Sweet as His Name and Full of Puppy Charm Cannoli is an 8-month-old, 46-pound pittie puppy with an irresistible mix of playful energy and tender sweetness. This young guy may have some growing up to do, but his loving heart is already fully developed. Affectionate & cuddly: Cannoli lives for affection. He leans in for pets, gently climbs into your lap, and gazes up at you with soft eyes full of love—plus the occasional kiss on the nose. Playful & people-oriented: Full of puppy energy, Cannoli enjoys being close to his human, rubbing up against you like a big, happy cat. He’s enthusiastic, but gentle, and always eager to engage. Smart & food-motivated: He already knows ‘sit‘ and takes treats with a soft mouth. He’s learning quickly to keep all four paws on the ground during walks by following your treat-guided encouragement. Dog social: Cannoli enjoys doggie playgroups and delights in a good game of chase with his canine friends. Cannoli would thrive with appropriately matched dog companions or as a solo pup with friendly dog pals outside the home.
