My story

Meet Polly! This spunky little girl is a 8 week-old Queensland Heeler mix with a big personality and even bigger heart. Polly came to us with her mama and 10 siblings from an overcrowded shelter, just days away from euthanasia. She’s full of sass and is the boldest pup in the room! At six weeks old, Polly already mastered the doggie door! She is being fostered with kids, cats, and other dogs and loves everyone she meets Polly will thrive in a home that understands working breeds and can provide the structure and stimulation she needs. Due to typical Heeler mouthiness, we are not considering homes with small children. We’re looking for an experienced adopter with a yard and another friendly, well-balanced dog to help Polly continue to grow and learn. We are currently accepting applications for Foster with Intent to Adopt. Polly will need to attend scheduled vaccine and spay appointments, and any dogs in the home must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
