My story

(DOB 02/10/2025). Due to Annie's young age, she has not yet been spayed. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within a 1 hour drive time of Wake Forest NC).  Annie is an absolute bundle of puppy joy you've been dreaming of! This adorable young pup is all about playtime—she loves romping with other puppies or young playful dogs. She would love a 4-legged friend in her fur-ever home to be her daily best buddie! After she has run out of energy for the moment, she enjoys snuggling with her favorite toys, pups or family members. She’s looking for a family who can help her master the big puppy essentials. She is a quick learner and already has house training, crate training, and leash walking under her "belt". She also was quick to learn SIT.  Annie is eager to learn how to be the best puppy ever, and she’s ready to soak up all the love and guidance you can offer. She loves treats (heck, who doesn't??), so that makes positive reinforcement training easy! Bonus, if you’re open to sending her to puppy daycare a few times a week for extra socialization, she’s a social butterfly who loves making new friends! A work-from-home setup or a job that lets you bring her along (BTW, she loves car rides!!) would be perfect. So if you don't have those kinds of daily options, Annie isn't quite ready for you. While she doesn’t need a fenced yard, having one would be pawsitively awesome for zoomies and play. If your an active person/family, even better, Annie will want to match your energy and love for life's adventures! Annie is super cute and cuddly, and she adores everyone she meets—just a heads-up, she might jump and nip a bit as she learns her manners, so older kids who understand puppy antics would be a great fit. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a lovable, lively little girl who’s eager to learn, Annie can’t wait to meet you! As part of Annie’s $325 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and a signed, puppy spay/neuter agreement will both be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered. If you have questions about this sweet little girl, you can email: Dogteam@pawsforlifenc.org. If you wish to adopt Annie, you can complete an online application for her under the Adopt a Pet Tab on our website: www.pawsforlifenc.org. ##2475065##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Annie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
