My story

Meet Clifford!  This handsome pyr is looking for the farm of his dreams. He has an estimated birthday of 03/01/2019, and weighs in around 100lbs. Clifford came to us as many do, a stray roaming the countryside of Dickson. Cliff's fluffy coat had captured many remnants of his journey, such as sticks, burs, and a distinct smell of a skunky encounter. Despite the rough time he seems to have had, Cliff has been a gentle and loving dog from the moment he stepped through our doors. Clifford, like most pyrenees, is easy going and relaxed 90% of the time. The other 10% is reserved for when he brings out the "guardian" part of being a livestock guardian. Although we have no way to know for sure, everything about Clifford, from his nose to his tail to the way he leisurely patrols our play yards when he goes outside lead us to strongly believe that he was in fact a working livestock guardian before he wandered into our care. Clifford is incredibly agreeable with all kinds of animals that we have introduced him to, other dogs, cats, and even wild children. Although we have no way to test, we suspect that would translate to poultry and farm animals as well. Of course, if you already have any other dogs in the family, a meet and greet is always required prior to bringing home a new pup.  Clifford is fully vetted and microchipped.
