My story
Charlie is a 4 year old lab mix and is the most beautiful and sweet girl. She’s healthy, gentle, and full of love—but despite being all these things, she was still surrendered to the shelter by her family as a “euthanasia request.” It’s hard to believe anyone could look at this perfect girl and ask for that. Another volunteer said it best: “She’s as close to perfect as you get.”
